Victor Osimhen’s agent has offered Liverpool and Manchester United hope in their bid to land the Lille forward this summer.

A number of clubs are thought to be interested in the Nigerian international, with Napoli most keen on a £50million deal.

Osimhen has scored 18 goals across all competitions this season, and his new agent, William D’Avila is stalling on the proposed deal to the Serie A club.

D’Avila knows a move to the Premier League would likely be more lucrative for both him and his client, with both Liverpool and Manchester United in the miz, according to Tuttosport.

The report claims D’Avila is ‘taking his time’, as he wants to ‘wait for the Premier League to finish’.

Osimhen’s family reportedly want him to move to England if possible this summer as they have concerns over Serie A’s problem with racism.

His former agent, Asita Okolo, said: “The racism issue. In Italy there is a big problem from my point of view, unfortunately, it is a widespread phenomenon.

“In any case, the final word on his future will be up to Victor and no one else.”
