Arsenal ‘angry’ after failing to land number one target, claims agent
Arsenal are reportedly “angry” after failing to convince Dusan Vlahovic to join the club in the winter transfer window.
The Gunners were eager to sign the Serbia international in the January transfer window, but the striker was not interested in joining the Premier League club.

He joined Juventus from Fiorentina late in the winter window, signing a four-and-a-half-year contract after a £63m deal was agreed.
After failing to sign Vlahovic, Arsenal did not seem to turn their attention to an alternative striker, despite links with Real Sociedad’s Alexander Isak.
Fiorentina were keen to sell the Serbian with only 18 months remaining on his Viola contract, but, despite negotiations taking place, he was never interested in joining Arsenal.
The Gunners tried to include Lucas Torreira – who is currently on loan at Fiorentina – in a deal to sign the player.

Despite the deal falling through, the Uruguay international is still very likely to seal a permanent move to the Serie A club in the summer.
He has impressed greatly this campaign, with Fiorentina happy with the player and the fee they received for Vlahovic.
Arsenal on the other hand are “angry” after failing to sign the 22-year-old last month, as per Torreira’s agent Pablo Bentancur.
“Fiorentina logically want to buy him because he is playing very well. He has returned to having an impressive continuity and dynamism,” Bentancur told Sport890 (via Sport Witness).
“Now, Arsenal are a bit angry because they wanted Vlahović. Fiorentina wanted to sell him, but the agents said he had to go to Juventus: you always do what the player wants.
“Lucas is happy in Florence and I think they will take him, to date he is one of the most loved players by the fans.”
Vlahovic has scored 18 goals in 23 Serie A appearances this season and found the back of the net 13 minutes into his Juventus debut.
