Arsenal fans to be charged £54 to watch a bloody friendly
Arsenal supporters will be charged £54 to watch their preseason friendly against Chelsea in Dublin’s Aviva Stadium.
The game takes place on August 1 at 8.05pm UK time, as part of the International Champions Cup.
Revealing details of the game on their website, Arsenal say that they will receive an allocation of tickets that will be on sale to members.
Adult tickets, which apply to anyone aged 17 or above, will cost £54.25. That’s a truly extraordinary price for a preseason friendly.
Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour was in Dublin on Wednesday to officially announce the match.
Arsenal are not hosting the Emirates Cup this year, due to improvements being made at the Emirates stadium.
