Juventus could use Aaron Ramsey as a makeweight in a swap deal with Chelsea for star midfielder Jorginho.
The Welshman has made 29 appearances for the Italian champions this season, but hasn’t nailed down a place in Maurizio Sarri’s first XI.
Sarri is keen to re-sign Jorginho – who he worked with at Napoli and Chelsea – and Ramsey could be a sweetener in any deal for the Italian, according to Tuttosport.
Jorginho made his first appearance for the Blues since the restart from the bench against Crystal Palace, with teenager Billy Gilmour preferred.
The report also claims Adrien Rabiot has been offered to Frank Lampard as part of a deal for the deep-lying midfielder.
Ramsey recently spoke about how well he had settled in at Juventus and adopting the Italian lifestyle.
“Tek (Wojciech Szczesny) was my guy for inside information,” Ramsey told The Athletic.
“He’s been here a while now and knows the club inside out. He only had positive things to say. Great words.
“My wife and I wanted to take advantage of going into the countryside.
“We’ve thrown ourselves in at the deep end, trying different foods, different wines, a different culture. We wanted to make the most of it.”
