Arsenal to offer two players plus cash for Norwich’s Buendia
Arsenal are reportedly planning a player-plus-cash deal to bring Norwich playmaker Emiliano Buendia to the Emirates.
The Gunners are hoping to sign a talented attacking midfielder to give them more creativity going forward.
They’ve been linked with Houssem Aouar and Dominik Szoboszlai, although the latter has now chosen RB Leipzig instead.

A cheaper option is Norwich’s Buendia and Arsenal officials have now begun their plan to sign him.
According to The Independent, they are ready to offer two players plus cash for the Argentinian.
The report states that those two players could be Reiss Nelson and Joe Willock.
They are two players who haven’t been integral to manager Mikel Arteta this campaign.
Nelson is thought to have a bright future, however. Arsenal are willing to let him leave as an attacking midfielder is their top priority in 2021.
A potential deal now hinges on the cash offer that the Gunners put forward.
Canaries boss Daniel Farke is adamant that Buendia will remain at Carrow Road, which means Arsenal will need a significant fee to tempt them into a transfer.
The report goes on to state that £40 million plus Nelson and Willock could be enough.
Buendia scored a brilliant winner in Norwich’s 1-0 victory over Barnsley recently.
Speaking about Buendia after the match, Farke said: “Emi is a key player for us, an important member of the group, and he is totally committed to us. He is our player and will continue to be our player. He is on a long-term contract so we keep him.
“Everyone knows his qualities – I don’t expect interest just because he scored a wondergoal today. People know what he can do.”
