Arsenal and Tottenham are ready to take advantage of Barcelona’s lack of funds by hijacking a move for Leeds winger Raphinha, according to reports.
The La Liga giants are interested in signing the Brazilian international but may not be able to fund a deal due to their debt which currently stands at over £1billion.
Leeds are reportedly open to letting the former Rennes man leave this transfer window but only if their valuation of the player is met.
Barca were hopeful they could land the 25-year-old for £25-30m if Leeds were relegated from the Premier League, but the Yorkshire club stayed up.
According to The Athletic, Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea are all targeting Raphinha, who is available for around £60m.
Chelsea’s interest is more reserved than the north London pair, with the Blues focusing on their pursuit of Barca’s French attacker Ousmane Dembele.
Spurs are also interested in Everton’s Richarlison and could sign him for £51m this summer. The report says Antonio Conte’s side will not sign both Richarlison and Raphinha.

The Leeds forward has impressed since joining from Rennes for £17m in 2020, scoring 17 times in 65 top-flight appearances.
Speaking earlier this month, Raphinha admitted that the World Cup is weighing on his mind amid reports of a departure from Elland Road.
“If I say that it doesn’t matter, I would be lying, knowing that there are less than six months left for the Cup, you have to be active in the clubs, that weighs on the decision, but I trust my potential.
“If it’s to stay or leave, I’ll do my best, look for my space and I’ll try to be well for the World Cup.”
He was then asked what the future holds for him, to which he jokingly replied: “The next game, against Japan.
“Then I go on vacation. I have a contract with Leeds until 2024, my future is in the hands of Deco and Leeds, I have my mind on the national team, on the game and also on my vacation, we need a vacation.
“I have a contract with Leeds and this issue is resolved by my manager, when something is right, he sends [it to] me.”
