Aubameyang explains why he chose to join Arsenal early

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang chose to join Arsenal in January to adjust to the Premier League and England.
Aubameyang became Arsenal’s record signing when joining from Borussia Dortmund in the winter transfer window.
He signed for around £55.5m, and scored ten goals in 14 games with a run of form that inspired some to tip him as this season’s Golden Boot winner.
The Gabon international has explained why he decided to move to north London mid-season instead of this summer.
“It was beneficial for me to arrive at Arsenal last January so I had six months to get used to the league, the country, the culture so I could be ready for my first full season,” he told ESPN.
“It was not easy at the beginning six months ago. It was such a big change. It was hard to find the rhythm, especially physically. But this time, I am ready. I am really feeling good.”
