Mario Balotelli has claimed that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp only spoke to him once during his spell at Anfield.
The Italian striker left the Reds in the summer to join Ligue 1 side Nice after a nightmare period on Merseyside.
Balotelli only scored one Premier League goal in 16 appearances for Liverpool but the controversial character has made a great start to life in France, netting six goals in his first five matches.
After returning from a loan spell at AC Milan in the summer, Balotelli revealed how he and Klopp barely spoke to each other.

“Klopp doesn’t know me, I spoke to him once, he told me to go somewhere else, work hard and then return,” Balotelli told Sky Italia .
“So I said goodbye to them, and that we wouldn’t be seeing each other again.”
Balotelli scored a goal in the 86th-minute for Nice over the weekend to give them the win against Lorient and send them to the top of Ligue 1.
However, in true Balotelli style, the striker still found time to get himself sent off for two yellow cards in a matter of minutes.
