Mino Raiola “has been more vehement in efforts to sell” Paul Pogba, according to Barcelona vice-president Jordi Mestre.
Barcelona were heavily linked to Manchester United midfielder Pogba throughout the summer, and are likely to reignite any potential interest in future transfer windows.
Reports on Thursday suggest Pogba has called a ‘truce’ with manager Jose Mourinho however, and will stay at Old Trafford until next summer at least.
Barca, despite Luis Suarez becoming the latest player to stoke the fires of speculation, are saying as little as possible.
“We do not talk about players that are not at our club,” he told Mundo Deportivo.
“What I read is that Pogba is unhappy at Manchester United and his agent, Mino Raiola, has been more vehement in efforts to sell him.
“But I have not read that he says he wants to sign for the club. Yes, he is a player of unquestionable quality in the eyes of all the world.”
