Barcelona eyeing up three Prem stars to replace Aguero
FC Barcelona have identified four targets – including three Premier League stars – to improve their striker depth, according to reports.
Caretaker boss Sergi Barjuan has limited options up front after it was confirmed that Sergio Aguero would miss at least three months of action.
The former Manchester City striker was brought off against Alaves over the weekend as he was suffering chest pains and Barcelona confirmed via Twitter on Monday that he will be out for at least three months due to a heart issue.

Ousmane Dembele has struggled with injuries ever since he joined the Blaugrana and picked up a knock during their midweek win over Dynamo Kyiv.
Furthermore, striker Martin Braithwaite is currently out with a knee injury and will likely be ruled out until next year.
This could force the Catalan club to bring in a new forward during the January transfer window.
And Sport (via the Mirror) claim that they have created a four-man shortlist which includes three Premier League forwards.
Manchester United’s Edinson Cavani and Arsenal No. 9 Alexandre Lacazette could be cheap options as their contracts expire next summer.
Man City winger Raheem Sterling is an alternative option for Barca. The 26-year-old recently revealed that he would be open to playing abroad.
All three players have been linked with a move to the Nou Camp in recent months.
Cavani has been labelled as “one of the bargains of January” by Sport. The Uruguayan penned a new contract in the summer but the Red Devils have since re-signed Cristiano Ronaldo.
Barcelona reportedly tried to sign Lacazette in the summer transfer window, and his contract situation could force the Gunners to sell him for a cut-price in January.
The fourth player on the La Liga club’s shortlist is Red Bull Salzburg youngster Karim Adeyemi.
Elsewhere, Newcastle are preparing to make a €55million (£47m) bid to sign Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, according to reports.
Ter Stegen is approaching his 300th appearance for Barca, but could surprisingly leave the La Liga giants in January, claim El Nacional.
The report says that club president Joan Laporta still values the shot-stopper highly, but is willing to let the German go to raise funds.
