Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić has reportedly held a ‘secret meeting’ with Leroy Sane’s representatives over a move to the Bundesliga giants.

Sane has not featured for Manchester City after a serious injury he picked up in August.

At the time there was plenty of speculation linking the winger with a move to Bayern.

Then manager Niko Kovac claimed he was “confident” of doing a deal for Sane, with City unhappy with the way in which Bayern were talking about their player.

The injury put the potential transfer on the back-burner, but Bayern’s interest in the former PFA Young Player of the Season remains.

Sport Bild (via Sport Witness) claim there was a ‘secrete meeting’ last week between Salihamidžić and LIAN Sports, the agency which will represent Sane from April 1.

The report also claims Salihamidžić has been in contact with LIAN Sport for a ‘long time’ to make €100m rated Sane their big summer signing,

Bayern want to offer a five-year deal with ‘top terms’ to Sané.
