Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser admits “it’s very nice” hearing his name linked with a move to Premier League side Arsenal.

The Scotland international has six goals and ten assists in the Premier League so far this campaign to help the Cherries to twelfth place.

A report in The Times on Tuesday claimed that Unai Emery has drawn up a list of alternative options after giving up on signing Denis Suarez on a permanent basis.

The Spaniard has struggled to make an impact at the Emirates since joining on loan in January and the Gunners will now reportedly look into the possibility of signing Fraser.

“I’m not going to lie, it’s very nice,” Fraser told Sky Sports. “It means you are are doing something right.

“They are a huge club, a massive club.

“When you see your name thrown around you always think to yourself that you are a Bournemouth player and you try to do well.

“I’m not going to lie, you do feel good, especially when it’s a massive club.”
