Bristol City manager reveals what Guardiola told him at FT

Pep Guardiola told Lee Johnson that Bristol City played better than most Premier League sides to visit Manchester City this season.
Guardiola’s side came from behind to beat Championship outfit City in the final minute of their Carabao Cup semi-final first leg.
The Robins will hope to overcome the one-goal deficit in the return leg at Ashton Gate in a fortnight’s time.
City have won ten of their 11 Premier League home games this season by an aggregate score of 39-8, only dropping points to Everton in August.
The only other home game they have failed to win this season was against Wolves in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, and Johnson claims that the Spaniard told him the Robins were as good a side as they have faced at the Etihad Stadium.
“Pep Guardiola said to me that we played better than most of the Premier League teams that come to Man City,” Johnson revealed.
“We will take an awful lot from it and learn a lot. It is not over. It will be an interesting game at Ashton Gate.”
