Borussia Dortmund have put a whopping price tag of £90million on the head of Arsenal target, Ousmane Dembele, according to reports.
The French star is one of the hottest prospects in European football, and has attracted the attention of some of Europe’s elite clubs this summer.
Real Madrid, Barcelona and PSG are all set to rival Arsenal in the race to sign the promising winger.
PSG and Barcelona, like Arsenal, are reported to have had a bid rejected for the player, but it is not known how much either side offered.
With PSG all set to sign Barcelona’s Neymar, that could force the Ligue 1 side into cooling their interest in Dembele, opening the door for a three-way battle.
Dembele is under contract with Dortmund until 2021, and they are refusing to consider selling the player, unless a club can match their £90million valuation, according to Bild.
Whether Arsene Wenger will be willing to stump up such a huge amount of cash for the player remains to be seen, but it is unlikely.
