Ceballos tips Arsenal boss Arteta to become ‘one of the best’
Dani Ceballos thinks Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will develop into “one of the best” coaches in world football in the coming years.
The Spain midfielder has spent the last two seasons at the Emirates Stadium, making 49 Premier League appearances for Mikel Arteta’s side.
Ceballos, 24, had found first-team opportunities limited at Real Madrid before joining the Gunners in 2019 on a season-long loan – a move that was then replicated for the current campaign.

The Spaniard confirmed his Arsenal exit in late May by sending a goodbye message to fans on social media.
Arteta worked with Pep Guardiola at Manchester City before taking the reins at the Emirates Stadium and Ceballos thinks that will help him become “one of the best” coaches in world football.
Ceballos told Cadena SER: “Arteta is a coach who has been with Guardiola for a few years.
“He is a coach who in a few years will be one of the best, but I would like to return to La Liga.”
Zinedine Zidane left Real Madrid recently after a trophyless season with Carlo Ancelotti quitting Everton to take charge at the Bernabeu.
And former Real Betis star Ceballos is hoping a fresh start under a new manager will be exactly what he needs to cement a place in the Madrid starting XI.
The Spain international added: “I believe that this year I have hardened a lot as a player and I think now is the time to settle in a club with a long contract and be able to show my game.
“Ancelotti has just arrived and we have to talk. I have never met him, but there are players who speak well of him. I’m sure that Madrid will be good.
“It is clear that the first thing is to talk to the coach and find out what he wants from me and also tell him what I want, which is to be important.
“I am not going to the European Championship and soon there will be a World Cup. It has to be a talk between the two with clear things.”
