Cheeky Punt: Horny about Martial scoring first at 4/1

Yeovil v Manchester United
All eyes will be on Alexis Sanchez who is in the United squad to face Yeovil, but the Degsy dollar is going down on Anthony Martial to score first here. Martial has been on fire in recent weeks and has already more than doubled his Premier League goal tally from last season. Indeed he is averaging a goal every 121 minutes and 4/1 looks a cracking price about him scoring first at Huish Park. Not sure how much I’ll be having on yet. Just been through my online banking and I’ve figured out I can lively comfortably without working for the rest of my life. As long as I die on Sunday.
Betting: Anthony Martial to score first at 4/1 (various)

Peterborough v Leicester City
The Foxes needed a replay to see off Fleetwood in round three while Posh claimed one of the results of the round as they won 3-1 at Aston Villa. Their home form in League One has been a bit sketchy though and Leicester have kept five clean sheets in a row. 2/1 about Claude Puel’s men doing the business and keeping a clean sheet looks interesting.
Betting: Leicester to win to nil at 2/1 (Coral)

Huddersfield v Birmingham City
Only a lunatic would consider backing Huddersfield at odds on here. They’ve lost their last two, and are smack bang in the midst of a relegation dogfight. You think they care about a decent Cup run? Neither side will be wanting a draw, but I just cannot have the Terriers at odds on.
Betting: Birmingham to win at 26/5 (Marathon Bet)

Liverpool v West Brom
The Baggies put in a shift and a half to earn a 0-0 draw at Anfield in December but one wonders how Alan Pardew will set up here, with top flight survival their only target this season. The Reds are also unbeaten in nine meetings against West Brom, and this just screams comfortable home win.
Betting: Liverpool to win 3-0 at 8/1 (Bet Victor)

Middlesbrough v Brighton
Tony Pulis seems to be getting a tune out of ‘Boro already having taken over from Gary Monk, and I have it on good authority they were excellent against QPR last week. Again, would it be the end of the world if Brighton were knocked out? The Boro win here at better then evens, like my dancing, look really solid.
Betting: Middlesbrough to win at 23/20 (Sky Bet)

Southampton v Watford
Both teams have been ridiculously erratic this season so it really is answers on a postcard in terms of who wins this. If I was having a pop though you could do worse than take the 17/2 about Andre Gray scoring first. He’s fast, powerful, has a little ‘tache not unlike Mickey Pearce’s from Only Fools & Horses, and goes out with one of Little Mix. These are all facts.
Betting: Gray to score first at 17/2 (bet365)

Wigan v West Ham
David Moyes has a lengthy absentee list to contend with ahead of West Ham’s trip to Wigan. Top scorer Marko Arnautovic joins Andy Carroll, Manuel Lanzini and Winston Reid on the crocked list and there will be some unfamiliar names on the Moyes team sheet. Just how much do weakened line ups reduce the chances of Premier League teams progressing in the FA Cup? The bookies’ answer to this is rather emphatic with League One Wigan chalked up as favourites here.
Betting: Wigan to win and both teams to score at 9/2 (Hills/Ladbrokes/Sky Bet)

Newport v Tottenham
Spurs, the third most successful FA Cup side in history, go to lowly Newport on Saturday with most pundits thinking it will be a rout. However Mauricio Pochettinho will more then likely ring the changes again so it could pay to back the draw at half-time, with Spurs eventually getting it done over 90 minutes.
Betting: Draw-Tottenham HT-FT at 15/4 (Bet Victor)

Chelsea v Newcastle United
The Toon have shown very little ambition on their travels again the Premier League’s top teams this season. And try as I might I just don’t see the Magpies going for the jugular at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea to win to nil looks a banker.
Betting: Chelsea to win to nil at 29/20 (Marathon Bet)

Cardiff City v Manchester City
Raheem Sterling has weighed in with 18 goals for Manchester City so far this season, so if he starts against the Bluebirds 13/2 looks huge about him scoring first. Cardiff eh? Ironically I’ve just had a lovely week staying at my fiancĂ©e’s parents down in Wales. It was a genuinely enjoyable few days. The only downside is that her dad wouldn’t let us sleep together. Which is a shame, as I really f**king fancy him.
Betting: Sterling to score first at 13/2 (bet365)
