Chelsea to break Liverpool keeper record for Kepa?

Chelsea are being strongly linked with a £71.6m move for Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Current goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is currently AWOL and is trying to force a move to Real Madrid; Chelsea have been strongly linked with Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak and Stoke’s Jack Butland.
Oblak would cost an eye-watering £89m while Butland’s form for relegated Stoke last season would not justify a £30m fee.
Bilbao-based outlet El Correo – as translated by Sport Witness – claim that talks between Chelsea and one-time Spanish international Kepa are ‘open’. The 23-year-old is said to be ‘listening’ to the Blues.
Liverpool paid an initial £56m for Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson last month, breaking the world transfer record for a goalkeeper.
If Chelsea end up with Oblak or Kepa then what a decision by the board not to bid 70mil euros for Alisson. If Alisson is worth 70mil then Oblak is 180m, Kepa is 120mil. Both of them a level above Alisson in goalkeeping ability.
