Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has been named the Manager of the Month for November, while his striker Diego Costa scooped the Player of the Month gong.
It was a perfect November for the Blues with Antonio Conte leading his side to three wins out of three against Everton, Middlesbrough and Tottenham.
After a shaky start to the season, Conte has now picked up his second Manager of the Month award of the season with the Blues currently on an eight-match winning run.
A change in formation to 3-4-3 laid the platform for players such as Eden Hazard, Pedro and Costa to florish.
Costa scored two goals and grabbed two assists in November and he deservedly claims the Player of the Month award, succeeding Hazard, who won the October title.
Pedro, meanwhile, scooped the Goal of the Month prize for his strike against Tottenham to make it a clean sweep for the boys from Stamford Bridge.
