Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has not ruled out the possibility of Divock Origi leaving on loan, if the Reds sign another player before the end of the window.
The Belgium international has played just 10 minutes in the Premier League this season, those coming in the 3-3 draw with Watford in the opening game.
Klopp seems to prefer a front three of Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane, and with all three scoring in Liverpool’s 4-0 win over Arsenal on Sunday, it seems Origi will have to be patient.
When asked about the possibility of Origi leaving on loan if other players arrive, Klopp said: “We will see.
“That’s not something to talk about here. If players come in, I think it makes sense to think about what we do on the other side. They’re obviously involved in this (the players). I’m not sure, we will see, you have to wait.
“No games now so I hope you can enjoy the next five or six days with all the rumours and all that stuff. I’m not looking forward to it but it’s part of the game eh?”
