Former Hull striker Abel Hernandez has signed a three-year deal at CSKA Moscow.

The 27-year-old left Hull at the end of last season after rejecting a new contract and was linked with a move to Leeds this summer.

But Hernandez has ended up in Russia with CSKA announcing his signing on their official platforms on Wednesday night.

Hernandez scored 39 goals in a four-year spell with Hull, struggling with injury problems throughout last season.
