Everton are odds-on to secure their progress with a win, with Sky Bet making them 7/10 favourites to Young Boys’ price of 15/4. The Swiss outfit are 33/1 to overturn the first-leg deficit to qualify and 150/1 to take the tie to extra-time with a 4-1 win of their own.
