Gossip: Rashford, Isco, Ramsey latest nonsense…

RASHFORD NOT OFF TO REAL
Well of course he’s not. Did you think he was? Having claimed exclusively in November that Real Madrid were interested in Marcus Rashford – who was unhappy under the management of Jose Mourinho – The Sun now get to claim exclusively as 2018 becomes 2019 that Rashford is not interested in moving to Real Madrid because he is happy under the management of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. How wonderful.

Apparently, ‘they had made contact with his representatives and were serious about making a move to take him to the Bernabeu this coming summer’. Of course they did.

ISCO NOT COMING TO CHELSEA
Two days ago Isco said he was not interested in leaving Real Madrid in January. So of course now somebody from Chelsea has told The Sun that they didn’t want him anymore anyway. Because that’s how this sh*t works.

The Sun carry an exclusive that Chelsea ‘are ready to pull the plug on the deal to bring Isco to Stamford Bridge’. Yes, the same Isco who said on Sunday that he is “not remotely thinking about leaving Real Madrid in the January transfer window”.

So Chelsea are ready to ‘pull the plug’ because of his wage demands, it says here. They wanted to pay £75m to Real Madrid and over £250,000 a week to the Spaniard in wages, but PSG are now interested so he apparently wants more. Or he just wants to stay at Madrid? You decide.

RAMSEY IN TALKS WITH EVERYBODY
This comes from David Ornstein at the BBC so we presume it is absolutely true. He claims that Aaron Ramsey – because it is now 2019 – is officially in talks with five European giants. And who are these five European giants? Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Juventus, PSG and Real Madrid, apparently. That is quite the list.

Meanwhile, Arsenal will apparently have very little to spend in January, with only loan deals likely. One of the players apparently under consideration is out-of-favour Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez.
