Pep Guardiola’s brother has urged Manchester City youngster Brahim Diaz to remain patient over his future, according to reports.

Diaz has played three times for the Citizens this season, scoring two goals in the League Cup, but has yet to make a Premier League appearance this term.

Marca claims that Real Madrid will sign Diaz but it is unclear whether that will be in January or the summer, while another Spanish publication AS report that he will definitely not renew his contract with City, instead opting to join Santiago Solari’s men.

Meanwhile, reports also indicate that Paris Saint-Germain are trying to ‘seduce’ the youngster, but that Diaz has his heart set on a move to the La Liga giants.

Guardiola’s brother, Pere, represents Diaz and has urged the 19-year-old to study the contract proposal on the table from City carefully, as well as all the other offers from various clubs.

He is also understood to have urged Diaz to remain patient to make sure he accepts the right offer, with a deal reportedly possible to Real in January.

However, it would mean allowing a player to leave the Santiago Bernabeu as part of the transfer with City.
