Liverpool Kabak transfer nears completion as medical passed

The transfer of Ozan Kabak to Liverpool is nearing completion after the player passed a medical in Germany.
The defender looks set to leave Schalke after they accepted a bid from Liverpool earlier today.
He is now thought to be finalising a contract with the Reds.

Liverpool are ready to pay a £2.5million loan fee for Kabak, with the deal potentially including an obligation to buy the centre-back for around €30million.
According to Sky Germany, Kabak is currently going through his proposed contract with Liverpool.

The deal was hinging on the transfer of Shkodran Mustafi to Schalke as his replacement.
Mustafi has reportedly agreed terms with the German side, allowing Kabak to secure a Premier League move.
The Turkey international has been a long-term target for Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool, who are also set to announce Ben Davies as another defensive signing on Deadline Day.
