Liverpool linked wonderkid Adeyemi has had talks with PSG

RB Salzburg forward Karim Adeyemi, who has been linked with a move to Liverpool, has held talks with PSG over a potential move.
Adeyemi has been linked with a number of clubs throughout the season after impressing for Austrian side RB Salzburg. The German forward has scored 10 goals in eleven league games, in addition to four in five in the Champions League.
The form has reportedly gained the attention of Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp and a potential move for the attacker in January has been touted.

However, German outlet Sport1 (via the Express), is reporting that the players agent, Manni Schwabl, met with representatives from Ligue 1 leaders PSG on Thursday to arrange a possible move for the 19-year-old.
The same outlet reported earlier this month that Barcelona had also held talks with Adeyemi. New Barca manager Xavi is reportedly very keen on the forward.
Whilst Adeyemi seems to have a number of option, with Liverpool being one of them, former-Red Steve McManaman thinks Liverpool would be better off making the move for Erling Haaland, despite the hefty transfer sum it would cost.
“He’s very raw isn’t he? It’s like when Jeremy Doku came on for Belgium during the Euros, when he played for ten minutes and was then immediately linked with a move to Liverpool.
“It’s just because both players are young, fit, dribblers who match the profile of the players that Liverpool like to sign.
“Liverpool have a good relationship with the Red Bull clubs, which is a really good breeding ground for them and they trust the type of players that come out of that system. Adeyemi is 19, very inexperienced but is playing high quality football.
“However, it’s a bit of a shot in the dark. Liverpool may as well stump up the money for the almost finished article rather than target the unknown. But Liverpool already have players in their academy that show plenty of promise.”
Elsewhere, Patrice Evra has named the most annoying player he played against in his career.
“The toughest one? It’s not the toughest one, but the most annoying one was James Milner,” Evra said.
“People always expect me to say another one but James Milner. The reason was because he was always defending more than myself.
“I’m someone, I’m an attacking defender so he frustrated me so much because he was following me everywhere.
“Even if I was going in the toilet, he was going to follow me. I would say the most annoying is James Milner.”
