Man Utd agree €85m deal with Dortmund to sign Sancho
Manchester United have agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of Jadon Sancho, according to reports.
The England international has been a long-term target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as he looks to bring in a new right winger.
United were keen to engineer a deal last summer, although they ultimately fell short of Dortmund’s asking price.

According to The Athletic, the Red Devils have agreed to sign Sancho for €85million (£72.6million).
The player and his agent will now agree personal terms with United before a medical can take place.
Previous reports have suggested that Sancho has a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ with Dortmund, meaning he can leave this summer if a sufficient bid is submitted.
The £72.6m offer, which could rise substantially with add-ons, has clearly met that threshold.
The report states that Sancho has already started looking at houses in the Manchester area as he prepares for the move.
The 21-year-old is currently part of Gareth Southgate’s England Euro 2020 squad.
Three Lions team-mate Marcus Rashford appeared to hint that a deal was done earlier on Wednesday.
When asked by a fan to ‘announce Sancho’, the forward replied ‘yes x’.
But Rashford clarified the comment by tweeting: “A little hack and I’m back. Morning all.”
Sancho had a great campaign with Dortmund in 2020/21 as they won the German Cup for the fifth time in their history.
He showed his class with two goals and an assist during a sweeping 4-1 victory over RB Leipzig in the final.
He finished his season with 16 goals and 20 assists in just 38 appearances, making him one of the most deadly wingers on the continent.
That was despite a slow start to the season with just one goal in his first 12 Bundesliga matches.
The player joined Manchester City’s youth setup in 2015 and became team-mates with Phil Foden.
He left for Germany in search of game time four years ago and has received just that, becoming one of England’s best talents in the process.
In total for Dortmund he’s notched an impressive 50 goals and 64 assists in 137 games.
