Man Utd close in on third signing; ‘agree terms’ with £50m man
Manchester United have agreed terms with Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes ahead of a possible move, according to reports.
The Red Devils have already sealed the signings of Daniel James from Swansea and Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace, with Fernandes the next name on their list.
Portuguese publication Record claimed on Sunday that United have ‘expressed their intention to accelerate’ a deal for Fernandes.
With the report adding that there could be news as early as this week on Fernandes‘ departure from Sporting with his agent, Miguel Pinho, visiting London recently for talks.
And now Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira claims via Twitter that United ‘have an agreement’ with Fernandes’ agent.

There have been reports that say the Premier League side have offered £31million but the Portuguese club are looking for closer to £50million for the midfielder.
United received a further boost late last week when ESPN reported their rivals for Fernandes’ signature – including Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham – have ‘distanced themselves from a move’.
