Man Utd make shock enquiry about €50m Serie A star

Manchester United have made enquiries about AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to reports in Italy.
Corriere dello Sport have claimed on Monday that United and Real Madrid have shown an interest in the 21-year-old.
Just when that interest was registered is unclear in the article, but the future of the highly-rated goalkeeper is coming to a crossroads.
Donnarumma’s lucrative deal expires in 2021 and, per the source, “talks with his agent Mino Raiola are planned in the coming days”.
The highly-rated goalkeeper is believed to be on around €6million a year until June 2021, according to Football Italia and Milan must decide whether they are going to offer him similar money to extend his stay.
The Italy international has kept 10 clean sheets in 24 Serie A games this season and it’s uncertain whether the youngster will decide to continue his career in Milan.
Bar the reported interest from United and Madrid there have been “no concrete offers” for the player who has graduated through the ranks with Milan and is thought to be worth around €50million.
