Man Utd target ‘waiting’ to complete €58m transfer and Ten Hag favourite ‘is offered’ to Real Madrid

Napoli centre-back Kim Min-jae will reportedly ‘fly to Man Utd’ when the summer transfer window opens to complete his move to the Premier League giants.
The Serie A champions signed Min-jae last summer for around €18m. He was recruited as Kalidou Koulibaly’s replacement and he has enjoyed a superb debut season.
The South Korea international has been one of the best defenders in Serie A this term and he is already being linked with a major move away from Napoli.
Min-jae is understood to be on Man Utd’s radar. They are in the market for a new defender as Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof are expected to move elsewhere.
It was claimed earlier this month that the defender’s move to Old Trafford is already ‘practically done’ ahead of this summer.
Now Corriere dello Sport (via Sport Witness) are reporting that Min-jae is ‘patiently waiting for the opening of the window to get his big move to the Premier League’.
A house in Manchester has ‘already been secured’ for Min-jae, who will ‘fly to’ England to complete his move to United at the earliest available opportunity.
Napoli will ‘pocket €58m’ as part of this deal Atalanta’s Giorgio Scalvini is mentioned as a potential replacement for Min-jae.
It was indicated by Sky Sports on Thursday afternoon that Man Utd are hoping to sign Harry Kane, Mason Mount and Declan Rice this summer.
Kane is described as United’s ‘no.1 target’ heading into this summer. He has scored 28 Premier League goals this term and he is out of contract in 2024.
A separate report from Spanish outlet Cadena SER (via Sport Witness) claims Kane ‘will not continue’ at Tottenham next season.
The striker has reportedly ‘told the team’ that he will be ‘allowed to leave if a good offer arrives’ this summer.
Spurs are ‘receptive to selling him’ this summer and he has apparently been ‘offered to Real Madrid’. He is now being ‘studied’ by the La Liga giants.
Kane would reportedly cost €80-100m and Real Madrid would ‘rotate’ him with star striker Karim Benzema.

Speaking back in 2021, ex-Spurs man Jonathan Woodgate told Kane that he has “got to go” to Real Madrid if they come in for him.
“If Real Madrid come in for you, especially Harry Kane, he’s got to go,” Woodgate told Stadium Astro.
“If he wants to win trophies and get on to that next pedestal of Ronaldo or Messi, he has to go. I don’t see him winning the league at Spurs over the next few years.
“They’ve got too much to do to get alongside Liverpool. If he wants to win a European Cup, then he has got a chance of doing it at Real Madrid.”
