Man Utd told Kane ‘could be forced out’ of Tottenham and £100m target has ‘big decision’ to make

The ongoing ‘chaos’ at Tottenham ‘could force’ Man Utd target Harry Kane to leave the club this summer, according to Alan Hutton.
Kane is out of contract in 2024 and it is currently unknown whether he will opt to extend his deal at Tottenham.
Spurs are not doing a good job of persuading him to stay long-term. They are gradually slipping out of contention for the top four and they are without a permanent manager following Antonio Conte’s departure.
This is while technical director Fabio Paratici has been forced to step back from his role as he awaits the outcome of his appeal against his worldwide football ban.
Man Utd could move to capitalise on Kane’s situation in the summer as they are in the market for a new striker following Cristiano Ronaldo’s exit. He is understood to be valued at around £100m.
Ex-Spurs defender Hutton thinks the ongoing turmoil at the Premier League could ‘force Kane out’ as he may be “swayed to leave”.
“Definitely,” Hutton responded to Football Insider when asked if the ‘chaos’ at Spurs ‘could force’ Kane out.
“There is no getting away from the fact that he loves the club and he wants to stay there and he wants to win trophies and bring success to that football club.
“With everything that is going on, even Paratici having to step down because of what is happening, the manager leaving, what direction are they going in? These are all things that could sway him to leave.
“It is a big decision for him and I think it is a big decision for the likes of Daniel Levy and who he does bring in. It is a crossroads for them at the moment, especially Harry Kane.“

Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has recognised that the Premier League club are “in a bit of a mess” at the moment.
“They are in a bit of a mess,” Redknapp told the PA news agency.
“It was always going to be difficult (keeping) Conte after his outburst (post-match at Southampton) and it’s a strange situation at the club now.
“But they could still finish fourth in the league. I thought Liverpool were nailed on for top four after they beat Man United 7-0 but their form has dipped.
“Brighton and Newcastle are the form teams right now. Man United might sneak over the line in third or fourth, but they are still short of quality.
“I’m not sure what happens at Tottenham in the summer.
“It looked as if Nagelsmann might go to Tottenham, now Chelsea are in for him after changing their manager. ‘Poch’ would be a popular choice, but he could do Chelsea or Tottenham.
“Whoever comes in has got to bring in quality players in the summer. It doesn’t matter how clever you are, you’ve got to have good players.”
