Man Utd’s signings least potent, promoted sides rely on recruits

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be hoping his new signings – Ramos, De Ligt and Griezmann? – contribute more Premier League goals next season, with Fred’s strike against Wolves the only one notched by a new recruit. Meanwhile, will Norwich and Sheffield United be as reliant on the transfer market for goals as Fulham, Cardiff and Wolves were last term?
