Henrikh Mkhitaryan has aggravated the thigh injury he suffered on international duty and will now miss Manchester United’s next three games.

It has now emerged that Mkhitaryan will now miss games against Feyenoord, Watford and Northampton with the thigh injury, though Jose Mourinho had already hinted that he would be dropped for their Europa League clash.

Meanwhile, The Sun claim that he ‘is frustrated at not being played in his favourite position’, though their claim that he largely played as a No. 10 for Borussia Dortmund last season does suggest that it might be guesswork rather than genuine insight.
