Mourinho watches Croatia amid Perisic links

Jose Mourinho watched Croatia beat Ukraine 1-0 on Friday night, leading to speculation that he is interested in Ivan Perisic.

The flaw in that particular theory is that the Inter Milan winger was suspended but that has not stopped the Daily Mail suggesting that was his motivation for the trip to Zagreb.

The agent of the £35m-rated winger was also in the crowd, leading to speculation that Mouriho was working on a deal.

Perisic has scored nine Serie A goals for Inter Milan this season.
