Nuno prepared for Kane discussion following his Spurs return

Tottenham boss Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed that Harry Kane has reported to the club and plans to speak to him on Monday while Spurs also plot a deal for Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez.
Kane ended his exile from the club earlier this weekend and is now isolating at their training ground following his late return from holiday.
The England captain sent the football gossip world into meltdown on Monday when he did not show up for planned pre-season checks.

He instead opted to stay in the Bahamas, before going on to Florida, as part of his bid to force a Manchester City move.
Spurs were furious, and could fine him, and he issued a statement on Friday revealing he would return the following day and that he would never refuse to train with the club.
Kane will return from isolation on Thursday. He will then have a few training sessions before Spurs get their Premier League campaign underway, against City of all teams.
Nuno has now revealed that he expects to chat with Kane on Monday. The 28-year-old could also meet chairman Daniel Levy, who remains adamant Kane will stay at the club.
“Yes it’s true. Harry is with us. He has to quarantine. He is in (Spurs) Lodge but he is training. Already made the first day with the sports scientists. He is with us. Good,” Nuno said after his side’s 1-0 friendly win over Arsenal on Sunday.
“We expect to integrate Harry when he follows all the protocols that we have to apply.
“We have processes and we have to be very strict and not take any chances as one of the things, as everyone has learned, is the pandemic is still here so we have to be really careful.
“I will speak with Harry probably as soon as possible because he is already at The Lodge. Not today, because today was the day of the match, but we have a training session tomorrow and with social distancing hopefully I will speak with Harry.”
Kane could be joined by Martinez in north London if he stays.
Spurs have been in discussions with the Serie A champions over a possible transfer worth £60million.
They want the Argentina international to play alongside Kane instead of replacing him.
However, the impending sale of Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea is hindering their chances, with Inter keen to keep Martinez despite their dire financial situation.
But Spurs are hopeful of pushing a deal through for the 23-year-old, who was part of Argentina’s Copa America triumph this summer.
Nuno did not want to discuss another club’s players, though.
He said: “I will not speak about any player. I will speak only about my Tottenham players, Spurs players, nothing else. Thank you.”
