Oxlade-Chamberlain: That could prove to be a big win
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain hailed Arsenal’s last-gasp victory at Burnley as “one of the biggest wins of the season”.
The England international and Laurent Koscielny were both involved in bundling the ball over the line in the last minute of the match to earn their fifth straight Premier League success.
Neither player could confirm who scored the goal but both agreed with the importance of gaining all three points.
Chamberlain told Sky Sports: “The important thing is we managed to squeeze it in at the end and that’s one of the biggest wins we will have this season for sure.
“The longer the game goes on and kept it 0-0 it makes it tougher and tougher for us – you know the outcome needs to be a goal soon and you start play a bit differently.
“We always try to play the same way and tried to do that today, at the end we went a bit more direct and in the end it paid off.

“Credit to them, they defended excellently and played to their strengths and made it really hard for us but we are delighted with the three points in the end.
Chamberlain said about the goal: “I think you know better than us. I think it hit both of us at some point but it doesn’t really matter.”
Koscielny added: “It is important to keep our run (going), we wanted to finish before the international break with a win and we did it.
“We need to push ourselves more and more and its the most difficult thing in football is to win. It was good for us to get the three points.”
On the goal, the Frenchman said: “I tried to smash the ball with my right foot but after I don’t see where the ball was going and don’t know if I hit the ball with my hand but the referee gave us the goal.”
