Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba will consider offers from Premier League teams when his contract expires, according to reports.

The midfielder will be a free agent in the summer, but is as yet undecided as to where his future lies.

Pogba has already left Old Trafford for free once, back in 2012 as he moved to Juventus, before returning to United for £89m in 2016.

He won the League Cup and Europa League in his first season back, but no trophies since, with both he and United struggling for consistency.

The Telegraph report that Pogba is prepared to wait until the end of the season to decide on his future.

It’s claimed he wants time to weigh up his options, including a possible stay at United, but in a blow to the Red Devils, the report also states that he is willing to listen to proposals from other Premier League teams.

Pogba currently earns close to £300,000 per week at United, meaning few teams from around Europe will be capable of meeting his demands.

The France international has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid, while Paris Saint-Germain are in the frame, along with his former club Juventus.

In terms of Premier League suitors, Chelsea tried to sign Pogba when Mourinho was in charge in 2015, while he was also offered to Manchester City in 2018 by super-agent Mino Raiola, but Pep Guardiola opted against the transfer.

Pogba has been injured for the majority of the season, making his comeback in the FA Cup penalty shootout defeat to Middlesbrough on February 4.

After three consecutive starts, the Frenchman was dropped to the bench for Tuesday’s match against the Seagulls.

He was introduced with United leading 1-0 with Brighton down to ten men and assisted Bruno Fernandes’ last-gasp goal to seal the win.

Pogba’s performance has brought praise from former Premier League striker Dion Dublin, who believes the 28-year-old “changed the game”.

“Paul Pogba changed the game when he came on,” Dublin said. “His little bit of quality, picking the right passes.

“He put Brighton on the back foot.”
