Paul Pogba is piling the pressure on his agent, Mino Raiola, to push through his move away from Manchester United.

The World Cup winner’s second spell at Man United has not gone entirely to plan. The Red Devils paid £89m to re-sign Pogba from Juventus in 2016.

Since returning to the Premier League, his time has been overshadowed by manager fallouts and talk from his agent about his future.

The latest example of this came on Monday in the lead up to Man United’s Champions League game against RB Leipzig in Germany.

Pogba’s controversial agent, Raiola, spoke publicly about his player being “unhappy” at United. He also claimed that Pogba’s time at the Red Devils was “over”.

The Frenchman was subsequently named as a substitute for the game against RB Leipzig. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side were 2-0 down when Pogba was brought on.

Man United went onto lose the game 3-2. This result knocks them out of the competition. Leipzig and PSG have advanced to the knockout stages ahead of United.

Pogba has been out of the team for much of this season. Now reports have emerged suggesting that he is lobbying for a move away from United.

Sport Bild have reported that the player is currently putting Raiola under pressure to force through a transfer away from Old Trafford.

The report adds that Pogba is willing to part ways with Raiola if he does not succeed in finding him a new club. Juventus and Real Madrid are currently believed to be two of the main teams targeting Pogba.
