Bayern Munich appear to have won the race to sign Premier League target Leon Goretzka in the summer.
Goretzka is out of contract with Schakle at the end of the season, and has been linked with a host of clubs.
Barcelona are interested in the midfielder, while Arsenal and Liverpool were also regarded as frontrunners for his signature.
But Sport Bild are now reporting that the player will sign a contract with Bayern in the new year.

Weirdly, the Sport Bild report states that their information is from Spanish newspaper Marca.
Barca and Real Madrid were both interested in signing Goretzka on a pre-contract in January, but Marca say that the former ‘got signaled that Goretzka was already in agreement with Bayern’.
