Arsenal players celebrate their last-minute goal against Bournemouth

Here are the Premier League players to have created the most chances this season.

Can anyone beat Kevin De Bruyne to top spot? Bruno Fernandes is giving it a good go.

We’ve included the chances created in total as well as the per 90 in brackets to separate the ties. Thanks to Fotmob for the stats.

1) Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City): 78 (3.6)
Just keeps on trucking along, creating all of the chances and claiming 12 of the assists.

2) Kieran Trippier (Newcastle): 73 (2.9)
Finally, a first assist of 2023 (and fifth of the season) for Trippier v Wolves.

3) Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United): 71 (2.8)
Nine (NINE!) chances created v Leicester City as he thrives in this post-Ronaldo world. Though he was a disgrace v Liverpool.

4) Martin Odegaard (Arsenal): 62 (2.4)
Led the charge v Aston Villa with seven chances as Arsenal established themselves at the top of the Premier League again. What a player. What a season.

5) James Ward-Prowse (Southampton): 62 (2.2)
Does anyone other than Ward-Prowse do anything at Southampton?

6) Bukayo Saka (Arsenal): 61 (2.3)
The first Premier League player this season to log double figures for both Premier League goals and assists.

7) Andreas Pereira (Fulham): 56 (2.2)
Sorry, who? Seen as something of a joke in his time at Manchester United, Pereira is providing further evidence that it was the club we should have been laughing at.

8) Pascal Gross (Brighton): 51 (2.1)
The German really has been a phenomenal signing and is somehow only 31. Long may he continue to be quietly brilliant and create a ludicrous number of chances for Brighton.

9) James Maddison (Leicester): 48 (2.6)
His sixth assist of an injury-hit season came at Brentford on Saturday.

10) Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool): 48 (2.2)
The Newcastle game brought only his second Premier League assist of the season.
