Real Madrid president on James and De Gea
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez will leave James Rodriguez’s future to coach Zinedine Zidane after the Colombian was left out of the Champions League final match-day squad.
Rodriguez has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United this summer after starting just 13 La Liga games this season.
James Rodriguez wasn't even named on the bench in Real Madrid's Champions league final tonight. Confirmation he's leaving this summer!

“We’re going to speak with Zidane, who’s the conductor of this orchestra. If it were up to me, everyone would stay,” Perez told Antena 3.
“James is an incredible player, but when you have so many…I’d have everyone stay. We’ll speak with the coach; he is the person who will decide the future.”
Perez also spoke out about perennial Madrid target David de Gea, who is reported to be available for £22m plus another Madrid fringe player Alvaro Morata.
“De Gea is a great goalkeeper who plays for United,” he told Atresmedia. “I don’t know where he will play next season because I’m not a fortune teller.”
