Neymar would be “welcome” to join Real Madrid, according to Brazil teammate Casemiro.
Neymar became the world’s most expensive player ever when he left Real’s bitter rivals Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.
But the Brazilian is thought to be disillusioned with life in the French capital, and has been linked with a controversial move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
The 25-year-old has scored 11 goals and assisted nine in 12 games in all competitions for PSG, but has clashed with Edinson Cavani.
Disputes with manager Unai Emery have also been reported, and Casemiro has talked up a potential move to Real.
“He’s a superstar and knows exactly how to handle his career,” Casemiro told Cadena Cope.
“Neymar is a great player and of course I would welcome him at Real Madrid, I hope he does join us, but my knowledge is he is happy in Paris.”
