Romelu Lukaku: The ridiculous statistics

Romelu Lukaku has now scored 25 goals in 36 games in all competitions for Everton this season and has scored 130 senior career goals, two months before he turns 23. Since moving to England, Lukaku has scored 78 goals. He has only started 136 matches. The Belgian is Everton’s highest goalscorer in a league season since Gary Lineker in 1985/86, and we’re only in March. Finally, Lukaku is the first Everton player under the age of 23 to score 25 goals in a season since Joe Royle in 1968/69.
