Ronaldinho: Kane ‘could walk into any team in Europe’

Harry Kane “could walk into any team in Europe,” according to Brazilian legend Ronaldinho.

Kane is looking to become only the third player to ever win the Premier League’s Golden Boot in three consecutive seasons.

Alan Shearer (1994-97) and Thierry Henry (2003-06) ruled the Premier League goalscoring roost in separate decades, and now Kane is looking to do the same.

The 24-year-old has 34 goals in 35 games this season, and former Barcelona, PSG and AC Milan star Ronaldinho feels he is “one of those few players” that could command a place in any side.

“Harry Kane has been a great player for a while now – but there is no doubt this season he has hit a new level,” the Brazilian said.

“He is now at the level where any team in the world would want him. He could walk into any team in Europe.

“Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City, it doesn’t matter how strong the team.

“He is now one of those few players in the world that any team would have to make room for if they had the chance to sign him.”
