A club-by-club breakdown of every Prem player in FIFA 20’s top 100

The player ratings for the upcoming release of FIFA 20 have been revealed, and the Premier League has 28 names among the top 100 players in the game.

There is an obvious top two in Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, although they are run close by a couple of names from England’s top flight.

We’ve taken a closer look at which English clubs have contributed the most players to the top 100.

Chelsea

Following the departure of Eden Hazard, who is the fourth highest-rated player on the whole game at 91, Chelsea have been left with just one player in the top 100 on the new edition of FIFA.

N’Golo Kante comes in at 18 in the top 100 thanks to an overall rating of 89, which makes him the sixth-best Premier League player in the game.

Arsenal

Arsenal fare just one better than Chelsea thanks to their strikeforce of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.

Aubameyang is the 25th best player in the game with a rating of 88, while Lacazette is the 60th thanks to his rating of 86. Aubameyang completes the top 10 Premier League players in the game.

Manchester United

Like Arsenal, United also have just two players in the top 100.

David de Gea is their highest-rated player at 89, making him the 23rd best player on the game. Paul Pogba, meanwhile, is rated at 88, coming in at 33rd.

Tottenham

Champions League finalists last season, Spurs’ status as one of English football’s big guns is reflected in the fact they have six players in the top 100.

Harry Kane is the fifth-best Premier League player on the game at 89, and the England captain is followed by Christian Eriksen (88), Hugo Lloris (88), Son Heung-min (87), Toby Alderweireld (87) and Jan Vertonghen (87).

Liverpool

Tottenham’s conquerors in the Champions League final, Liverpool have one more player in the top 100 than Spurs, starting with the 90-rated Virgil van Dijk and Mo Salah, the second and third best Premier League players in the game.

Alisson Becker (89), Sadio Mane (88), Roberto Firmino (86), Andrew Robertson (85) and Fabinho (85) also make the cut.

Manchester City

Unsurprisingly, City’s dominance in the Premier League is reflected in the FIFA ratings, with Pep Guardiola’s side contributing 10 players to the top 100.

Kevin De Bruyne (91) is the highest-rated Premier League player on the game, with Sergio Aguero (89) not far behind.

Raheem Sterling (88), Ederson (88), David Silva (88), Fernandinho (87), Bernardo Silva (87), Aymeric Laporte (87), Leroy Sane (86) and Rodri (85) should all also be on your Ultimate Team wishlist.
