At least two West Brom players joined in with chants about Tony Pulis on Saturday, claims the Daily Mirror.
The Welshman was sacked on Monday after Saturday’s 4-0 defeat to Chelsea left the Baggies with no wins from their last ten Premier League games.
The Chelsea fans sang “Tony Pulis, your football is sh*t” and disgruntled West Brom supporters also sang the same words.
But now the Mirror claim that West Brom players were also seen singing the song, though they do not name names.
‘Pulis faced growing flak from unhappy supporters after champions Chelsea ran riot at the Hawthorns on Saturday.
‘But Mirror Sport understands that fans were surprised to see at least two players later join in chants from executive boxes in the East Stand.’
Just imagine…we might see attacking football at The Hawthorns again. Burke used properly, Chadli, Rondon, Rodriguez used properly…what a great time.
Pundits that seem to not understand decision…we just want our football back. It's as simple as that. #wba
