Jesse Lingard warms up before a Manchester United match.

Jesse Lingard enjoyed his holiday so much, he’s considering moving Stateside…

LINGARD SET TO LISTEN TO MLS OFFERS
Being linked with Everton seems to have prompted Jesse Lingard to consider drastic action…

The England attacker’s options this summer haven’t been as plentiful as he might have hoped when free-agency loomed while his Manchester United contract wound down. West Ham are sniffing, as they always are, but otherwise, it seems like Everton are the only other club to make a formal offer. Which he’s not all that enthused about.

So unimpressed is Lingard with his options here that he’s apparently set to go back to the United States to hear what MLS clubs have to offer. ESPN says he and his representatives will cross the Atlantic to listen to pitches from two franchises over what have been described as ‘ground-breaking deals’.

Shiny new signings and overdue returns: a reason to be cheerful for every Premier League club

CHELSEA, BARCA LEAD KOULIBALY CHASE
Kalidou Koulibaly isn’t short of offers this summer, with three Champions League heavyweights eyeing up the Napoli defender.

Chelsea desperately need centre-backs, so of course they are being linked with the 31-year-old. Gianluca Di Marzio also suggests that Barcelona and Juventus are keen, but geography could screw the Old Lady.

Apparently, Koulibaly’s preference is to leave Italy if he must move on from Napoli. That isn’t stopping Juve from monitoring the situation, especially while it remains possible that they could lose Matthijs De Ligt, with Chelsea still eyeing up the Holland defender.

ARSENAL INTERESTED IN GNABRY
Serge Gnabry finds himself in a similar position to Koulibaly, with both a year from the end of the contracts.

Gnabry is so far resisting Bayern’s attempts to tie him down to a new deal, which has put Manchesters United and City on alert.

Contrary to some whispers earlier in the week, CBS Sports says Arsenal are also monitoring Gnabry’s situation, with a return to north London a possibility for the 26-year-old.

UNITED, NEWCASTLE AMONG QUARTET EYEING NICE DEFENDER
United are also among the clubs supposedly casting their eye towards Nice and Jean-Clair Todibo.

The former Barcelona centre-back is available for around £17million, which would see Nice double their money after signing the 22-year-old a year ago.

Footmercato says United and Newcastle could make a move for Todibo later in the summer, but Sevilla and Napoli are both being rather more proactive in the chase for the Frenchman.
