Gossip: Liverpool look to Lazio for £52m midfielder

Liverpool are eyeing up Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, while Man Utd are pretending to be keen on Kingsley Coman…
REDS LINE UP LAZIO STAR AS WIJNALDUM REPLACEMENT
With Georginio Wijnaldum’s exit confirmed and the midfielder heading to PSG after the Euros, Liverpool are now in the market for a replacement.
According to Il Messaggero, Jurgen Klopp is eyeing up Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The Lazio star has been linked with Manchester United since 1848 but he remains at Lazio where he still has three years remaining on his current terms.
But the 26-year-old could be available for £52million this summer – around half the price United have been quoted in the past.

UNITED VIEW COMAN AS SANCHO ALTERNATIVE
United are spending their summer, once again, faffing over Jadon Sancho.
The England winger is said to be available for around £78million, which is around the sum the Red Devils were willing to pay last year.
Dortmund’s demands have lowered but United are still refusing to get the deal done. Their most recent bid was said to be around £18million short.
United won’t be too perturbed by fresh reports of their interest in Kingsley Coman if it suggests to Dortmund that they have other irons in the fire. Which they almost certainly don’t.
Sport1 claims United will move for Coman if they can’t agree a deal for Sancho. Which really would be a farce. And Coman would prefer to stay at Bayern Munich, even if his representatives are willing to listen to offers. Which is their job.

ARSENAL EYE USA DEFENDER
Arsenal have got plenty of work to do this summer, with a right-back among Mikel Arteta’s priorities.
One of their targets is said to be Tyler Adams. The Athletic says the USA international’s versatility appeals to Arteta, with Adams capable of also playing on the right of midfield.
The Gunners may have to wait, however. The 22-year-old has three years remaining on his contract with RB Leipzig, who are expected to be reluctant to sell having already lost Ibrahima Konate and Dayot Upamecano.
At least Arsenal got good news over Andre Onana.

OLD LADY KEEN ON KANE
Across north London, Tottenham’s summer will mostly be spent finding a new manager and fielding enquiries over Harry Kane.
Juventus are reported to be one of the clubs keen on Kane. Calciomercato reports that the Old Lady is sniffing around the England striker as they search for a new centre-forward.
Just two teeny tiny problems for Juve: Spurs’ asking price, and Kane’s wages.
