Gossip: Pochettino ponders Spurs return, Sancho told he can leave
Mauricio Pochettino is open to leaving PSG to return to Spurs, apparently. And Eden Hazard wants to go back too…
POCHETTINO OPEN TO SPURS RETURN
Mauricio Pochettino wouldn’t go back to Tottenham. Would he?
That’s the suggestion being touted this morning. Several outlets have claimed Daniel Levy is considering a move to re-hire Pochettino having accepted it was a huge mistake to sack him in 2019.
The Independent says that at Spurs ‘there is a feeling that Pochettino has found the nature of PSG more of a headache to manage than expected and may be open to it’
The Sun doubles down on the manager’s apparent willingness to consider a return. Apparently, Poch is ‘seriously considering a switch back to the club as he is unhappy in Paris and would love a second chance at White Hart Lane.’

KANE STILL WANTS SPURS EXIT
What would Pochettino’s possible return mean for Harry Kane?
To be blunt, not a lot. The Independent reports that it wouldn’t change the striker’s thinking. ‘He now desperately wants to go.’
Apparently, Chelsea are Kane’s keenest suitor. Manchester City are ‘preparing a proposal’ while Manchester United are simply monitoring the situation.
DORTMUND TELL SANCHO HE CAN GO
United are also keeping an eye on Jadon Sancho’s situation.
The Telegraph reported that the England winger is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s priority this summer, despite players in his squad lobbying for the signing of Jack Grealish instead.
It seems Sancho would be an easier deal to do this time around. BILD says Borussia Dortmund will say ‘the final bye-bye, Jadon!’ having told the forward he is allowed to leave.

HAZARD WANTS CHELSEA RETURN
Eden Hazard has been given a similar message by Real Madrid.
That’s the word according to Sky Sports. Real are open to offers for both Hazard and Gareth Bale as they scrimp and save enough euros to buy Kylian Mbappe.
Hazard, apparently, fancies a return to Chelsea. The 30-year-old left Stamford Bridge on good terms two years ago, since when he has scored only five goals for Real, and El Chiringuito says the forward is keen to go back to west London.

BLUES EYE RICE ALTERNATIVE
Chelsea may be more preoccupied with strengthening their midfield.
Declan Rice is said to be their primary target, but if West Ham refuse to sell the England star then the Blues may switch their focus to Portugal.
According to O Jogo, Chelsea have made enquiries over Benfica midfielder Julian Weigl and they could turn to the Germany international as an alternative to Rice.
