Man Utd and Chelsea remain interested in Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic, who is also being targeted by Bayern Munich, according to reports.

Juventus beat Arsenal to the signing of Vlahovic in January 2022, purchasing the Serbian international from Fiorentina for around £70million.

Vlahovic scored for fun when in Florence, but has failed to carry his goalscoring touch over to Turin.

His drop-off in form has not put off some of Europe’s biggest clubs, with Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Man Utd and Bayern Munich all reportedly keen.

There should be quite a few strikers on the move in the summer transfer window, with the Premier League pair and Bayern both looking to sign a new player to lead the line.

Tottenham’s Harry Kane, Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani, Benfica’s Goncalo Ramos, Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund, and Vlahovic, are all attracting interest and could all be playing for a new club come the start of 2023/24.

The latest update on Vlahovic’s situation at Juventus comes from Italian journalist Carlo Laudisa, who says the Italian giants want €80m for the Serbian international.

Writing for Gazzetta, Laudisa claims Bayern, Atletico and Chelsea have all made an offer to sign Vlahovic as the Bundesliga champions look to replace Robert Lewandowski a year on from his transfer to Barcelona.

Paris Saint-Germain also get a mention in the report, while Atletico and Chelsea have apparently tried to tempt Juventus into a sale by offering them a striker in return.

The former are willing to include former Juve man Alvaro Morata and it is said that the Blues added Romelu Lukaku, who is currently on loan at Inter, to the negotiations, though this is seen as an ‘unlikely’ scenario, especially after the alleged racial abuse the Belgian faced at the Allianz Stadium.

A summer sale does seem likely after the Old Lady failed to qualify for the Champions League, but the club’s hierarchy will not offer Vlahovic to clubs for a cut-price.

Meanwhile, Nicolo Schira has said Man Utd remain interested after adding Vlahovic to their shortlist in March.

Another striker the Red Devils are reportedly interested in signing is Atalanta youngster Hojlund.

According to Corriere della Sera, the Bergamo outfit want at least €50m for the promising forward, who is also a target for Juventus amidst Vlahovic’s rumoured exit.

This report says Bayern are the favourites to land Vlahovic and are preparing a €60m (including bonuses) for the 23-year-old, with his exit likely to trigger moves across Italy.
