Sky Sports reported earlier today that Bowen was ‘travelling to London for a medical’ with a £25m deal agreed between West Ham and Hull.
That medical has now taken place, and Bowen is now on his way to the London Stadium, where Hammers boss David Moyes has been spotted.
The Championship side will receive £7m in the form of add-ons with £18m of the fee being paid by the Hammers up front.
Crystal Palace were understood to be the favourites to land Bowen before West Ham agreed a fee last night, with the Eagles now ‘concentrating on other targets’.
Bowen has scored 17 goals and provided seven assists this season in all competitions for the Tigers and there has been a lot of interest in his services.
